This machine using PUR glue with a 5 gallon hot melt glue tank.can wrap any shape and any material of profile,such as aluminum,MDF,WPC,HPL,etc.film could be pvc/paper/aluminum roll.maximum film width is 350mm,thickness of profile is 2-90mm ,minmum length is 600mm.we designed this machine as two seperate parts,one is gluing ,another is pressing unit,pressing unit can be changed quickly,time-saving for changing different shape of profile.
